Skincare Refunds and Exchanges

If any defect or fault is detected in the product once it is in the customer’s possession then it may be returned for a refund or exchange. A refund or exchange is not given when the product is exposed to direct sunlight or not stored or used correctly.

In the unusual event that a skin reaction occurs then the customer is to report it immediately to Facial Beauty either by phone or e-mail. A photo showing the skin reaction is to be attached to the e-mail as proof of the event happening. The product/s are to be returned within 7 days.

Postage and handling costs for any refund or exchange are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Jewellery Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a money back guarantee on jewellery if dissatisfied before the product/s are opened, but no refund or exchange on earrings due to hygiene regulations.

Please notify Facial Beauty within 7 days of product ownership and item/s are to be returned within 14 days.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, money order, EFT or cheque. Items must be paid in full before delivery.

Delivery

Once payment is confirmed then items sent out within two business days. Products are sent out within Australia and are sent by Express Post unless otherwise stated. We recommend that delivery be by Express Post which is next day delivery, or Express Post Platinum which is next day delivery and registered. Facial Beauty is not liable for any loss/damage to parcels that are uninsured or unregistered and no refund or exchange is to be given. Once the Express Post items are sent out allow one to two working days to receive your order.
